The interior felt overwhelmingly dark, with narrow, steep stairs and no lift, which might not suit those with mobility issues. Rooms exhibited clear signs of neglect, with dirty furniture, windows, and linens, and a lack of basic amenities like a bedside table or lamp. The heating didn't function well, making for a chilly stay, and being awoken at night by noise from neighboring guests proved quite disruptive. The bar counter looked unused, and the absence of breakfast options likely disappoints guests looking for a full experience. the unexplained feeling of grime and dullness may not appeal to everyone.

the location is perfect, so close to the beach and the tram stop. the owner was really friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home. the family room was spacious enough for us all and even had a nice view....
